Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.
This Henry Street two-bedroom co-op might be small, at 850-square-feet, but it is plenty charming, from the wood floors, to the usable fireplace, to the tin ceilings—not to mention skylights, molding, all kinds of built-ins, ample cabinetry, etc. etc. In fact, at $775,000, we can't really think of any significant drawbacks to this place, although we're sure that if you can you'll let us know in the comments section.
