The developers of the four-story building planned for 1444 Bedford Avenue couldn't decide on a look for the building's facade, so they just combine all of the options and materials into oneat least that's what appears to have happened. Why else would they create the boxy, Tetris-looking hodgepodge of brick, concrete, and wood (?) that's rendered above? Brownstoner spotted the image on the construction fence at the site, which will have eight units.
