Park Slope is obviously a market that Curbed commenters know well. More than one person guessed the correct asking price on this week's Pricespotter property, and a lot of other people came very close. The unit is a two-bedroom garden apartment at 134 Lincoln Place, and it's listed for $899,000. Two off-site parking spots at the Union Street Garage Condominium are available for an additional $80,000 (a steal!). There was not a lot of criticism about the unit, a lot of guesses were above the asking price, and several commented on how hot the area is, so this place will likely have no trouble finding a buyer.
