The 4BR/4.5BA home, marketed by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, measures 3,423-square-feet, and it has a 1,367-square-foot private rooftop terracethe largest in the buildingwith a indoor small lounge. Bizzi and Partners developed the building, and Mitchell Freedland Design did the interiors. The building is still under construction, but reps sent along renderings of the space. It should be finished by next summer.
