Developer the Lightstone Group is moving forward with plans to build a mixed-use tower on Fulton Street, and the building is going to be even taller and skinnier than was originally planned. The site was going to stretch from 112-120 Fulton Street, but Lightstone was forced to remove 120 after failing to win approval for a 421-a tax abatement. The new building will be 59 stories and contain 460 units, 20 percent of them affordable. [DNAinfo; previously]
