The Leonard's Biggest, Most Expensive Penthouse Asks $7.5M

Tribeca condo conversion the Leonard has seen strong sales since hitting the market in mid-July, selling more than 85 percent of the 66 units. A handful remain, including the just-released Penthouse C, the building's largest and most expensive unit, which at $7.5 million, is a bargain compared to other new developments in the area. The 4BR/4.5BA home, marketed by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, measures 3,423-square-feet, and it has a 1,367-square-foot private rooftop terrace—the largest in the building—with a indoor small lounge. Bizzi and Partners developed the building, and Mitchell Freedland Design did the interiors. The building is still under construction, but reps sent along renderings of the space. It should be finished by next summer.
