The 3-million-square-foot One World Trade Center nabbed a few more tenantsand they are just slightly different than Anna Wintour and co. at Conde Nast. The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency, and the federal General Services Administration will move into 268,000-square-feet in 2015.
