In possibly the greatest real estate-related story of the week, Douglas Elliman broker Sonia Stock found a domestic rat and is keeping it until its true owner responds to the flyers she's posted all around Hudson Street. Stock sounds rather attached to the rat?she's named it Razco?but alas, she owns a cat. Fellow Elliman brokers were, surprisingly, not lining up to be Razco's new parents. [Real Deal]
