Maybe high-end buyers don't need much convincing to invest their money in apartments at 15 Central Park West, but most of the building's owners still bring on brokers when they're ready to sell. We asked one of those brokers, NestSeekers' Nick Jabbour, to give us his one minute-or-shorter pitch for 15 CPW's apartment 3E, currently on the market for $9.4 million. (The initial price was $10 million.) The apartment's owners would only let us tour a few of the rooms, but hey, that's what listing pics are for.
