The attorney general's office is thoroughly sick of dealing with disgruntled condo buyers. So going forward, buyers and developers must settle their claims in state and federal court, rather than through the attorney general. Many buyers already do take their cases to state or federal court, but complaints to the AG's office skyrocketed as the market slumped.
