Bruce Willis In Contract to Buy $8.695M El Dorado Apartment

New, 44 comments

It's 'A Good Day to Die Hard' for Bruce Willis, and apparently it's also a good day to buy a new apartment. The Post reports that the actor is in contract for a sprawling 3BR/4BA co-op in the Upper West Side's El Dorado that was listed for $8.695 million. Willis is quite familiar with the 'hood, as he lived in the area with ex-wife Demi Moore, he owned in Trump Place, and he considered living in the Apthorp. The brokerbabble describes his new home as "majestic" and "ideal for exhibiting art," which is not what we'd imagine for a bald guy who made his fortunes pretending to blow things to pieces.

The home has a 38-foot-long formal entry gallery, decorative fireplace, a massive terrazzo floored kitchen, and a living room with Central Park views. The original floor plan had nine rooms, but the two maid rooms were incorporated into the kitchen and the fourth bedroom was turned into a dressing room for the master suite. Both floor plans are below.
