Madonna seems to be less material these days, slashing the price on her Upper West Side co-op by more than $3 million. She prefers her Upper East Side townhouse, to which she decamped in November of last year. The UWS apartment, a 6,000-square-foot duplex listed by agents Brown Harris Stevens, was apparently too pricey for the market at $23.5 million, so it's now dropped to $19.995 million, The Real Deal reports.
