FINANCIAL DISTRICT?The Save Our Seaport Coalition has started a petition to, surprise!, save the seaport by requesting changes to Howard Hughes' rezoning request for the new Pier 17. The petition calls for a community oversight committee for all South Street Seaport development, a permanent home for the New Amsterdam Market in the historic Fulton Fish Market and Tin Building, and preserving and strengthening the seaport's maritime uses. Additionally, the group hopes to "stop any further handover of public space within the Seaport District to private developers." [CurbedWire Inbox; official petition]

CHELSEA?Ecotastic condo Chelsea Green at 151 West 21st Street has topped out. Occupancy of the 51 residences is expected late this year. [Curbed Wire Inbox; previously]
