Musician Jonathan Mann needs somebody to move into the second bedroom in his Williamsburg apartment, so he wrote a song about it. A real song, with a chorus and everything, and a music video. It's great. It also manages to include quite a bit of essential information, such as the amount of time it takes to walk to all the nearest subway stops, the layout of the apartment, some of its more enticing features ("exposed brick, what, not sure why that's a thing"), and the dimensions of the bedroom. From now on, every apartment listing should be done in song form.
