The green 1920s stove was what originally intrigued our tipster about this apartment at 300 East 4th Street, and it is, indeed, charming. Upon further inspection, a few other elements of the $749,000 1BR, 1BA pad are worth our notice. There's the fact that a loft has been added, so the sixteen foot ceilings?aren't exactly (except in that lovely library). And there's the cat on the toilet, reminiscent of Arlene.
