Before subletting your $4,000 a month Trump Place condo to a complete stranger, you may want to meet the fellow. Someone should have told that to 28-year-old world-class pianist Dong-Hyek Lim who found a mystery subletter through the Craigslist-like site HeyKorean.com and returned to his home to find his 1,000-pound Yamaha piano gone. The subletter used a fake name and address, and evidently, sold Lim's piano to some guy in San Francisco. "It's a lesson to anyone subletting," said Lim's lawyer. "Make sure you meet the person and get a copy of his driver's license. At least you'll be able to pick him out of a lineup later." [NYDN]
