The long-in-the-works makeover of Harlem's Victoria Theater will finally get moving this year. Last July, it was announced that architects Aufgang & Subotovsky designed the project, which will restore the theater and plop a a 230-unit apartment tower and a 210-room hotel on top of it. The development should create 700 construction jobs and 343 permanent jobs, and a groundbreaking will happen in the fourth quarter. [Real Estate Weekly via TRD]
