This time last year, Willis Group Holdings CEO Joseph Plumeri was embroiled in a legal battle with Extell over "numerous latent defects" that he discovered in his 15th floor palace at 995 Fifth Avenue. Plumeri found the alleged problems while he was gut-renovating the place, and it looks like the makeover has finally come to an end?the sprawling 8,360-square-foot condop has hit the market for $32 million. The home has a 42-foot-long living room flanked by a dining room and paneled library. Next to the library is a study with a wood-burning fireplace and bar.
