How Much for a 1BR Co-op in the Financial District?

New, 26 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/where: A 1BR co-op in the Financial District
Square feet: 1,00o
Maintenance/CC: $1,500
The Skinny: According to the brokerbabble, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op was recently gut-renovated, and the photos certainly show a new-looking place. There are custom built-in and walk-in closets, multi-zoned surround sound, and the beamed ceilings reach 9- to 11-feet high. The kitchen is quite large, and it has new stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), granite countertops and backsplash, and plenty of storage. The elevator building has a 24-hour doorman, live-in super, and there is a laundry room on every third floor (there are 23 of them). How much do you think the seller is asking?
