The developers of 737 Park Avenue (aka Harry Macklowe and co.) have thought better of their lawsuit against a tenant they alleged was running a bed and breakfast from her apartment. Macklowe has filed to withdraw the lawsuit, the second the developer has filed against the tenant. (The first, last summer, was for illegal changes to the apartment, but the DOB found no such changes.) Lawyers for the tenant are puzzled?maybe this is just Macklowe's way of keeping them all on their toes. [Real Deal; previously]
