All of the guesses on this week's Pricespotter property were over the $795,000 asking price until commenter #16 pointed out that the building is a co-op. Even then, all but three of the guesses, including the correct answer from guest #20, were still higher. The unit is #14D at 3 Hanover Square, and many commenters disputed the 1,000-square-foot area that is listed. Additionally, a lot of people took issue with the fact that there wasn't a washer/dryer in the apartment, only in the building, but the people who brought that up also thought the unit was listed for around $1 million. Does the lower asking price make the lack of washer any less egregious? Will the seller get the price he wants?
