"Wow. I think this is a terrible apartment. I am not surprised it cannot sell. Yes, a tub in the den is utterly ridiculous. Particularly as a tub would fit in the adjacent bathroom. I do not like the stair. It blocks a window, too. Huh? Neither bedroom has an en-suite bath. There is no place for a dining table. The bedrooms are small. The LR is small. I do not like having a bathroom off a living room. And I know some people like exposed brick, but I loath it. And this place has more brick than a sewer. The place should be priced as a full gut.
