Staten Island may one day be home to a 625-foot-tall observation wheel, but the World Financial Center is currently home to a much smaller version?made from canned beans, tuna, and soup. The structure is part of the annual Canstruction extravaganza where teams of architects and engineers craft sculptures from cans of food, and of the two dozen pieces, it's by far our favorite. The MTA's Second Avenue subway creation wasn't nearly as exciting as we hoped. Check them out in the gallery above, or see them in person through February 11. All of the food will be donated to City Harvest when the exhibit ends.
