DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN?It's been sloooooow going for sales at DoBro's BellTel Lofts, but reps send word that the building has hit the 90 percent sold mark. It first started sales way back in 2007, and since then, the building has changed brokers a number of times, a few resales may have happened, and quite a few units were put up for rent. The place has 250 units, and StreetEasy shows 319 past sales listings, plus 18 active listings, 11 in contract, and two current rental listings. Elliman says they are seeing a lot of interest in the building and expect to sell out soon. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]

UNION SQUARE?For those looking for office space with a rooftop gardening plot (and who isn't??), UrbanSpace has you covered. The company, the same group who ran Dekalb Market, took over the penthouse of 80 Fifth Avenue, and they've turned it into offices for small companies. Each space with a plot on the rooftop garden, and the designers have drawn up a colorful rendering (at right) to show just how lovely the gardens will look come spring. Doesn't it make you want to work there? [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]

TRIBECA?Imperial Development Group, the team behind the renovation/conversion of 372 Broadway, will go before the Landmarks Preservation Commission on February 26. Imperial wants to building a three-story glass addition atop the building, and turn the whole place into seven condos. The local community board already gave its approval.
