Instead of picking up some new clothes this Fashion Week, why not pick up a fashionable new apartment? The Post reports that Marc Jacobs' 2,500-square-foot Soho condo is up for rent at a cost of $37,500 a month. Located in 40 Mercer Street, the glitzy building created by Andrez Blazas and starchitect Jean Nouvel, the 3BR/3.5BA has floor-to-ceiling windows, custom cabinetry, lots of closets, and a home office. The unit is available starting March 1, and considering we thought Jacobs lived in Superior Ink, does this mean he'll finally be able to return to his West Village home? The building suffered serious damage during Hurricane Sandy, making it uninhabitable, so perhaps Jacobs has been temporarily living at 40 Mercer.
