Guy Tizzoli, a director of the Port Authority's World Trade Department who led the building of the World Trade Center, has died at the age of 90. The Times surveys all the WTC-related tasks with which he's credited: bringing architect Minoru Yamasaki on board, working with restaurateur Joseph Baum to create Windows on the World, and using rubble from the WTC excavation as the landfill for Battery Park City.
