Eight-Story Building Finally Coming to 73-75 Sullivan Street

New, 1 comment

A few years after a rezoning fight put development on pause at 73-75 Sullivan Street, something finally appears to be happening at the old Sullivan Street Bakery site. A tipster passes along a photo of new scaffolding, and where there's scaffolding, there are usually also Department of Buildings filings. And so it is with 73-75 Sullivan. An application was filed this week for a new eight-story, 12-unit building at the site, with Bialosky + Partners as the architect of record. The documents call for a 7,967-square-foot community facility and two residential units per floor on floors three through eight, plus rooftop "recreation space." Anyone got renders? Please share.
