Manhattan community board 7 isn't pleased with the new proposal for Tavern on the Green, and Post critic Steve Cuozzo isn't pleased that they aren't pleased. The point of contention is the takeout section, which would be accessed through a rear entrance. The CB says this will make people feel "excluded," and Cuozzo calls the CB insane for whining. He also throws in some comparisons to other whiny boards for complaining about totally different things. Basically, he thinks community boards are stupid. He's probably the only person in the whole city to feel that way. [NYP]
