After a pricechop, this girl is finally on fire. Alicia Keys and husband Swizz Beatz have found a buyer for their 30 Crosby Street penthouse, which they listed last March for $17.95 million and pricechopped in January to $15 million. (They are moving to the suburbs.) Prior to the Keys/Beatz occupation, the penthouse belonged to Lenny Kravitz, and assuming this sale closes as planned (it's just under contract at the moment), we can definitely declare Keys better at real estate than Kravitz. He bought the penthouse for $7.128 million in 2008, did a truly major renovation, and still couldn't flip the place for his hoped-for $17 million. It took him eight years to sell it to Keys for just $12.75 million. Win some, lose some.
