This more-than-a-century-old four-story townhouse off Beekman Place at 415 East 50th Street has been occupied by a single owner for almost 50 years, and, taking that into consideration, it's actually looking pretty good. Sure, there are a few windows that could stand to be replaced, probably a new HVAC system or something, but now that it's on the market for $4.3 million, a new owner probably wouldn't have to go crazy with the renovations. But then again, if he or she wanted to...
