How Much for a Renovated 1BR Condo in Tribeca?

New, 20 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: A 1BR/1.5BA in Tribeca
Square feet: 900
Maintenance/CC: $1016
The Skinny: This spacious one-bedroom is a bit oddly shaped, but it has a lot of windows, and it recently underwent a gut renovation. The open kitchen has new stainless steel appliances (DCS by Fisher Paykel stove, Liebherr fridge, Bosch dishwasher), granite countertops, custom cabinetry with custom lighting, and there are teak plank floors throughout. The bedroom, which could easily accomodate a small home office, has an en suite bathroom, and the unit has a powder room (which seems unnecessary for a one-bedroom, but hey, what do we know?). A private storage unit and washer/dryer come with the apartment, and there's also a shared laundry room in the building. It's an elevator building with a full time doorman and live-in super, and other amenities include a bike room, courtyard, and roof deck. How much do you think the seller is asking?
