It looks like Gowanus could get another boutique hotel. Developer Matt Abramcyk, he of the original Beatrice Inn, is raising money to build the Gowanus Inn and Yard, a four-story, 82-room hotel at 645 Union Street. The $13 million project needs another $2.25 million in funding, but the developers project a completion date of early 2015.
