The BAM Cultural District's residential developments are keeping pace with the artsy ones, and a tipster pointed us to the Facebook page for one of those residential projects. Now known as 66 Rockwell Place, the Dermot Company rental building began life as 29 Flatbush Avenue and broke ground in early 2011. And, judging by the most recent photo posted on the Facebook page, it should be ready for residents in the not-too-distant future, with leasing to begin this summer. There are 326 units in the building, and there will be amenities on the fourth and 42nd floors and parking for 200 cars. Twenty percent of the units will be affordable housing.
