Unsurprisingly, everyone is not smitten with Two Trees' new SHoP-designed plans for the Domino Sugar Factory. Developer Jed Walentas told the crowd they chose the less lucrative plan to ensure a vibrant community, but that didn't go over well. "He comes across like Jesse Eisenberg with his tennis shoes and his hoodie, but he's a total capitalist," said one critic. Neighbors also worry the towers will block light and strain infrastructure.
