Ever wonder how the super-rich go about decorating their Park Avenue co-ops? Commercial real estate tycoon Edward Shugrue III's $1.66 million lawsuit that he brought against his contractor provides some juicy details. Shugrue spent $400,000 on custom oak cabinets, $100,000 on Calacatta and Portoro marble, and $40,000 on brass Butler doorknobs, according to the contractor, who also claims that Shugrue told him the marble, "will make my foyer say 'Holy shit!'"
