In an laudable (but largely unsuccessful) attempt to dig up some more deets about the much anticipated conversion at the top of the Woolworth Building, the Commercial Observer talks to Alchemy Properties' chief Kenneth Horn and finds out one (!) new thing: that sales will begin in the first quarter of 2014, a year earlier than we'd expected. The rest of the interview rehashes what we already know about about the 40 apartments and five-story penthouse that'll grace the top of the 100-year-old landmark. Horn declined to comment on pricing, but the Times estimated last year that these abodes could go for as much as $3,000/square foot. [CO; previously]
