After a brief foray into new construction, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House?an annual event in which different decorators take charge of rooms in one building?will move back into familiar territory. This year's house will be the Sharp Townhouse at 161 East 64th Street, which belongs to law firm partner and art collector Richard Sharp. (He bought it for $6.58 million in 2003.)
