Enough Already With These Incredible Brooklyn Townhouses

New, 20 comments

It's getting near impossible to keep track of all these multi-million dollar Brooklyn townhouses that have been popping up on the market in recent months, each one seemingly more impressive than the last. The most recent is 321 Clinton Street in Cobble Hill, an 1848 five-story three-family, which includes, in addition to the usual number of chandeliers and marble fireplaces with carved mantles, incredible crown and ceiling moldings the likes of which we haven't seen since, well, last weekend. There are also hand-painted ceiling murals, stained-glass doors, and antique wood doors and transoms. The house is asking an even $4 million. Oh, and that place from last weekend, also in Cobble Hill, with the equally amazing ceilings? It's in contract already.
