City Council is expected to approve Howard Hughes' Pier 17 plans today, and the developer agreed to establish two new food markets in the Tin and Link Buildings. However, New Amsterdam Market had been pushing for a 50,000-square-foot permanent market in the Fulton Fish Building, but the Tin Building market will only be 10,000-square-feet.
