A through-block property at 122-130 East 23rd Street between Park and Lexington Avenues has hit the market as a "development site" that could fetch up to $80 million, according to the Post. Nonprofit United Cerebral Palsy owns the lot in question, which holds a four-story, 60,000-square-foot building and a parking lot. The zoning for the site is split, but a 200,000-square-foot residential building could be built on the property, rising to 210 feet on East 23rd and 135 feet on East 22nd. Given where the building is located?it's just blocks from One Madison Park, Zeckendorf's 18 Gramercy Park, Toll Brothers' 160 East 22nd Street, and 404 Park Avenue South, just to name a few?we suspect this property has a condo-filled future.
