"Although it would be great if MSG could move off Penn Station, much could be done to improve Penn now. Such as: 1. Open up the station so you could actually see the trains and platforms rather than a series of blind corridors as it is now; 2. Get rid of the upper level and make the concourse level the main level, which would make for higher ceilings and a less confusing layout; 3. Provide a uniform architectural identity across the station rather than the current agency branding; 4. Better utilize the center of the station (where the big oval empty space is) by providing more track access; and 5.
