UWS Conversion Passes 80 Percent, Shows Off Its Model

New, 13 comments

The condo conversion of the Upper West Side's Park Columbus, a 1980s rental building that met with some trouble in the conversion process, launched sales early due to bonkers demand. The pace has continued to be hectic in the two-plus months that 101 West 87th Street has been on the market?the place is, with 50 units in contract, 81 percent sold. Before it gets to 100, we are taking this opportunity to post a few new model units photos, above.

The official site shows seven units still available, ranging from an $820,000 1BR, 1BA to a $4.5 million 4BR, 3BA. We're guessing the sales team might not bother with a formal launch event by this point.
