This 4,134-square-foot, 4BR/5.5BA condo in Lincoln Square's Grand Millennium just reappeared on the market for $9.895 million after being listed for $10.5 million last year. That makes it the third apartment in the building to try, and fail, to break the $10 million mark, the other two being the building's penthouses. #PH2B sold last year for $9.8 million, down from an initial ask of $11.5 million, and #PH2A, originally asking $13 million, is taking a hiatus from the market. You know what they say: That first eight-figure sale is always the hardest. Then again, you know what else they say: Holy crap, $7,292 in monthly fees?
· Listing: 1965 Broadway #28E [Nestseekers]
