CITYWIDE?Thanks to a tip from Animal New York, we now know all about the current project of one Jay Shell, an artist who made more than 30 red street signs emblazoned with rappers' quotes and then placed them at the physical locations referenced in the lyrics. To see more more signs, head here, check out a video on the installation, or follow Shell's Twitter feed. [CurbedWire Inbox]

MIDTOWN WEST?Rapper and frequent name-changer P Diddy listed his 66th-floor apartment at celeb favorite the Park Imperial for $8.5 million about six months ago, but his status and the blinged-out interior appeared to do little to move buyers. The listing has been removed from broker Douglas Elliman's website, and according to Streeteasy it's simply "no longer available." Listed agent Rick Kelly didn't respond to a request for comment.
