New Interior Renderings Revealed For 150 Charles Street

New, 24 comments

Neighbor-hated West Village condo 150 Charles Street is still a long way from completion, but the project is making sure it stays in the news. Developer Witkoff Group gave DNAinfo a first look at new renderings showing the Alan Wanzenberg-designed interiors and COOKFOX-designed building, including that 75-foot lap pool. Unfortunately, there are no waterfalls, but the design has still been enough to get 46 64 buyers to sign contracts without the building having so much as a complete steel frame.

The units starting hitting the market mid-February, and they have been going like hotcakes ever since. A $34 million penthouse recently went into contract, but there's still another penthouse available for $35 million. The other eight active listings on StreetEasy range from a $3.95 million two-bedroom to a $15 million four-bedroom and there are about 50 units that have yet to even hit the market.

UPDATE: Marketing reps reached out to tell us that the numbers on StreetEasy are incorrect. A total of 64 contracts have been signed, and the building is about 75 percent sold. So that means there are a lot less than 50 units remaining.
