NYU sued to stop construction work at 133 Third Avenue a few months ago, after an, erm, error during construction sent concrete pouring through the walls of the university's 129 Third Avenue dorm. But the DOB appears to have sided with 133 Third's developer over the students?a permit was issued yesterday for the full job at 133 Third. The full job is a 16-story new building with 15 units and 55 square feet of commercial space. There isn't much in the way of amenities, judging by the Schedule A: bike storage, regular storage, and a laundry room. And exceedingly welcoming and excited neighbors, of course.
