Forest City Ratner has released new documents outlining how construction of Atlantic Yards will move forward, and the timeline looks a bit different from what people anticipated. The biggest shift is that the platform over the railyards on the block beside Barclays Center won't be built until after four buildings are built on the southeast block between Carlton and Vanderbilt Avenues. The once-promised 10 year timeline was abandoned long ago, and this change seems to point toward a timeline twice as long. [Atlantic Yards Report; previously]
