What? The person who owns this on-the-market Brighton Beach penthouse just really likes Versace. Versace flooring, Versace etchings in the shower glass, Versace textiles, and more that our red arrow maker probably missed. If you too really like Versace, the 3BR pad is available for $1.575 million (but we wouldn't be surprised if the owner pried up the flooring and took off the shower door before moving).
Oddly, there's no Versace in the kitchen:
