Cornerspotted: 571 Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg

Even though few hints were given, it did not take long for Curbed commenter JOEDEE to correctly identify this week's Cornerspotter as 571 Bedford Avenue. The historic photo was taken in 1958, about 38 years after the three-story stone house was built. We don't have a detailed history of the building, located between Keap and Rodney Streets, but today it functions as a rectory for a synagogue and Jewish school. If you know more, hit up the tipline or leave a comment.
