113 Nassau St. Construction Watch; Park Union Hits 50% Sold

New, 2 comments

FINANCIAL DISTRICT?The tower rising at 113 Nassau Street (or 21 Ann Street, both addresses are used) is a bit of an enigma. We know it's a 28-story residential tower with some commercial spaces, but that's about it. Once upon a time, SLCE Architects was listed on the building permits, but the project is no where to be found on their website. Either way, it's moving full steam ahead, as evidenced by a recent photo sent in by a tipster (at right). The place has topped out and the facade glass is being installed. We've reached out to SLCE, but if you have intel, you know what to do. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]

PARK SLOPE?The developers of the condo conversion Park Union took a lot of pride in the design of the 15-unit building, which incorporates a lot of historic details, and buyers have taken a liking. After just four months on the market, half of the units are sold. Closings are expected to being in April. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]
